Have you Kept your New Years Resolution?

We are four days in to the year 2013. How many people do you think keep their new years resolution, and for how long?
According to Statistic Brain and their source, the Clinical Journal of Psychology at Scranton University, of the 48% of people who make a resolution only 46% of them last past six months.

According to the same study, the top 10 most popular resolutions were as follows....

RankTop 10 New Years resolutions for 2012
Lose Weight
Getting Organized
Spend Less, Save More

Staying Fit and Healthy

Probably not a shock that "lose weight" is number one.

Take 5 minutes and see from Dr. Oz himself what occurs inside the body when we don't eat healthy.   Dr. Oz' - "The Vital Conversation"

It is truly our choice, every time. If you get off track, whatever your resolution is to yourself, make that U-turn and get back on track!
Hope to see you as part of the 46% still working away at your resolution in six months!
